n Moroccan immigration to France is an ancient phenomenon.. It is around 1910 that began the Moroccan immigration ito France. Between 1914 and 1918, France counted already more than 15000 Moroccan workers. The Moroccan immigration toFrance saw an important scale only from 1970s.

- The secondperiod began the day after the second world war  up to the stop of the immigration decided by the government because of the slowing down of economic growth at the beginning of 1970s. It is about a temporary immigration of workers consisting of only men.
 

 There was A strong movement of  Moroccan immigration to France:

- the first time  was situated in between the two wars. In this movement of immigration there were worker who were almost exclusively used in arms factories but also in the farming sectors. In 1938 was created in Morocco a service of immigration.
 

- Finally the third period covers the period of 1974 ito our days. In 1974, the economic slowing down of growth led the government to decide on the stop of the immigration, kept within the framework of the family grouping  and of  specific requests emanating from employers. The failure of the politics of return organized by the government and the fear of the difficulties of return to France pushed these immigrants  to prolong their stay in this country and to make their family come.
