· In this favorable situation of request and offer, certain big companies guided by the concern of diversification of their foreign workforce employed massively Turks. And so at the end of 1970, we can count more than 1.500 Turks in factories Chrysler France in Poissy (Yvelines) and approximately 700 in factories Citroën in Ile-de-France and a little less in Metz. And so the migratory chain begins. We spend anonymous contracts to the name specific contracts, That is, those who showed their ability in factory obtained the right to make their close relations come. The Turks are employed on sectors with strong presence of workforce not requiring qualification where we use more or less obsolete technologies, such the forestage, the wood, the foundry and the metal industry, and especially building, public works, clothing business.
· France, in 1965, is one of the last countries which signed an agreement of exchange of workforce with Turkey, wishing to diversify the origin of its immigrant workers. To give an indication of the scale that the Turkish immigration in two decades set, we can lean on two figures: in 1962, there were 111 entrances from Turkey; in 1970, with 8.751 people, the summit as regards the entrances of the Turks to France was reached.

· When the doors of Europe close in the immigration further to the oil crises and the crisis which ensues from it, the Turkish emigration shows radical changes. The rotation stops. Until 1974 almost a million Turkish citizens had taken the road of Europe, there was one comings and goings permanent employee. The stop of the immigration provokes the settlement of the population native of Turkey in the countries where it was provoking a variation of the structure of the population. The family entry and settlement, the births feed the growth of this population while altogether, the other nationalities record a relative decrease.
