The trip in England

 

 

 

This was from 9 to 14 March. We left at 6 pm from Brioude then we stopped several times. Then we arrived at Calais. We boarded the ferry at 8 am for 2:30 hours. After we arrived at Hastings .It was raining. In Hastings we went for a walk along the sea. After, we visited Smuggler’s Adventure. It was a reconstitution about Smuggler’s. We picnicked in a park. We waited in the rain because we must visit the Hastings Castle, but it was very windy.  In the night we met our family and discovered a house, at we took a shower at midnight because we watched TV (a TV series shown in France “one tree hill”).

 The next morning we took a taxi to join a bus. This day we visited the Booth Museum and the Brighton Museum. This night we ate hamburgers and chips. 

The third day we went to London, everybody was very excited.

This morning we saw Buckingham Palace and we ate in the park .After we visited the British Museum, where we saw animals stuffed. It’s very funny.  The others monuments we saw were The Buckingham Palace where Queen Elisabeth lives, the Tower of London, Trafalgar square, Big Ben…

Then at 8 o’clock we returned at our families where we ate rice with tomato sauce. The next day, we ate for breakfast toast with butter and honey. Next we found the others again.

With the bus we went to Canterbury we went to supermarket “Sainsbury’s” and after we saw the Cathedral and discovered The Canterbury Tales.

At return, at Folkestone we boarded the EURO STAR for 1:20 hours. We have dinner on route after Paris. Then we listened to music, spoke and slept.

The next morning, we had breakfast at Clermont-Frd. We had orange juice and croissant.

Two hours later we arrived at Brioude.   

It was a very good trip, in spite of the rain and cold !!!!!!!!

The families were very nice!
