The trip to England.
We started to visit Hastings. We just visited Smuggler’s Adventures the morning. We ate in a park and we had free time the afternoon. We went in a tea-room and we drank a hot chocolate. It was raining. The evening, we went to the host family, the family Jones. The Jones’s house is very beautiful. Our bedroom was beautiful too. The Jones have 3 children: 1 daughter and 2 sons.
We visited a part of England from the 9 to 14 March 2008. We went to Calais by bus and we crossed the sea on a ferry. But there was a storm. Many people were ill.
The second day, we visited Brighton. We visited the Booth Museum and the Brighton’s Museum. In the Booth Museum, we saw stuffed animals. The evening, we returned to the host family.
The third day, we visited London. The British Museum is very inter
essant; we saw ancient objects of Egypt, Italy and many countries. It is beautiful. At midday, we ate in Saint James’s park. In this park, we saw squirrels. After the lunch, we walked in London. We saw Big Ben, the Parliament, the London Eye, Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace. We saw too the national’s guards on horses. We had free time to buy souvenirs. We saw street artists. It was funny. And we went to Covent Garden. There were many shops. We returned to the host family. We sent a mail to our family by the computer of the Jones. It was the last diner and
the last night in the Jones’s house.
The morning, we said “Goodbye” at the Jones and we gone to the bus for go in the last city: Canterbury. In Canterbury, we gone in a tea-room and we visited Canterbury Tales. It was funny and interesting. And during the afternoon, we had free time. Before leaving, mister Thatcher took a picture of pupils. We went to the bus to go in the tunnel under the sea. It was quick.
We arrived in Calais and we left for Brioude. We ate in a station. The morning, we had breakfast in a station. And we came back to Brioude! We went to our house and told our parentsabout the trip. We had many souvenirs and pictures.
