1) Le présent simple - s'utilise pour parler des habitudes et des caractéristiques.

2) Le présent BE-ing - s'utilise pour parler des actions en train de se passer.

Donc je dois faire attention, en anglais il y a deux présents ( en français il n'y a qu'un. )
